Vehicles from Sweden can be driven in other countries depending on the make and model of the hire car and if a Continental Cover is purchased.

You are charged for each day (24 hours) you hire a vehicle. Whether you hire it for just two hours or 24 hours, you will be charged for the full day. Early Returns: If you return the vehicle and any optional extras early, you will lose the benefit of any special offers if you no longer meet their requirements. This may result in the rental costing you more.

Unfortunately there is no refund for any unused days.

Yes, of course. We understand you want to share the joy with others so we make it easy for you to add another driver. Your additional driver will simply follow the same hire rules as you. The only thing you need to do differently is pay to add them, so they're covered under your hire agreement. Remember, we need to see all driving licences when you collect your hire vehicle. The amount you'll pay will be in your online quote. In some countries, drivers who share a surname don't have to pay more. The amount varies by country and will be clear when you book your hire vehicle online.

Are you a member of Avis Preferred? Once logged into your account you can track your account progress and status (based on number of rentals and amount spent), and add missing rentals. Visit our website to create and access your online account. This is where you can view your statements, view your reservation history, change your contact details and rental preferences, and update your payment information.


Return the car to the normal drop-off point (these vary by location). Receipts can be obtained or reviewed in the app afterwards.

We understand that you may need to amend or cancel your booking for many different reasons. To make any changes or to cancel your existing booking, please visit our website here.  If you have booked through a third party, such as a travel agent or broker, please contact the booking source directly for assistance.

It is important that you have read and understood our cancellation policy which is included in our booking terms and conditions.f you have prepaid for your reservation, connect with our chat team using the below icon to request the applicable refund.  Please note that any refunds can take up to 5-7 working days to reach your account once it is processed.
 


Pets are allowed in our vehicles with prior agreement from the store you intend to hire from. However, if a vehicle is returned with a messy interior beyond normal levels of wear and tear, it will need valeting so a cleaning charge will be added. This charge varies by location. Your hire station will give you the exact figure or call our reservations team for more information.
